We regret that you have found it necessary to return your new purchase to us. If there is anything we can do to help you, please call our toll free line at 1-866-317-2975 and one of us will help if we can. Please remember the following when deciding to return your purchase. All purchases must be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and if your original order was 2 or more pairs and you received free shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping fee if you return any or all items that reduce your original order to less than 2 pairs.

A $ 3.50 re-handling fee will be charged for each pair of moccasins returned. This fee will be deducted from the actual credit issued.

THIS FEE IS CHARGED TO US BY OUR MANUFACTURER AND NOT A FEE IMPOSED BY US

Altered or worn items may not be returned. Please wear test your items on a carpeted surface. All returns must include the original shoebox.

Exchange Policy

All new purchases may be returned for exchange up to 30 days after the original invoice date. Please include a check or money order with your exchange for $ 7.95 made payable to Moccasins direct or you may include your credit card information with permission to recharge your credit card to cover the return shipping costs to you.

Keep in mind that the above listed costs cover shipping within the continental 48 states only and exchange shipping charges for extended US or international addresses are on a cost plus basis which must be agreed upon and paid for before return shipping can be made

All new purchases returned for exchange beyond 30 days after the original purchase date will be charged a $ 3.50 handling fee per pair which will be added to the return shipping charges of $ 7.95 as stated above. A check or money order for $ 11.45 made payable to Moccasins direct would then be required or permission to recharge your credit card to cover return shipping costs to you.
